That ignores CC'd cross posts (or just list addresses which migrate
to the CC: on lists which don't munge reply-to) , and BCC'ed
messages to the list.  Depending on your list, users, and a few
other factors this can be a Good or Bad Thing.

More than 60% of the SPAM I get is addresses directly to me in
either the To: or CC: header.  Of that 60% roughly 30% is
mailmaerged such that the message body directly references me.

Unfortunately many MUAs still don't support RFC 2369.
