I've been using it for about a year.  The largest list is about 2K
subscribers, most in the hundreds.  It works very well.  The main problem
is that it has a web interface that only a geek could love, and the
confirmation messages and such could use rewriting.  It's vastly
functional, but can be baffling.

It addresses just about every complaint about mj1, it's got
click-to-confirm, a variety of MIME options, bounce management, etc.  I
use it with qmail but it also works with sendmail and Postfix and Exim.
