This just re-emphasizes the point that every list is different, and any global definitions are likely to run into lists that have good reasons to be considered exceptions. Justice Stewart's definition of pornography (I know it when I see it) is quite applicable to spam, and thus equally difficult to legislate. -- MIke Nolan
