I'm running Win2Kpro and the Single User version of CF Server 4.0 that is on
the CF Studio CD. I had to install the web server that was on the WIN2K CD
first, then CF Server. It is working great for an offline development
environment. Also you can reinstall the MDAC in Win2kpro, I found the
procedure on MS site. It has been several months but I think I found the
upgrade on the Office 2000 CD. (not sure)

You can't because MDAC is integrated in Win2K. You
need to do an upgrade on Win2K. Trust me I made the
same mistake. This is the only way to fix it.
