But I think that the problem here is most likely that the Cold Fusion
Administrator is set to something less (the default is 20 minutes). Do you
have access to the CF Administrator? If not, you'll have to ask them to do
it for you--but if they host other websites, this is a kind of change that
they shouldn't take lightly. In other words, dont expect a change.

If this is the case, there is probably not much that you can do to fix it
besides getting your own server.
