Hello,
You need to disallow relaying for all domains, and allow relaying for one IP address:
that of your CF server. This should be an option in your mail server software.

The most likely reason your mail server was listed in the RBL is that a spammer sent
out a few hundred/thousand/million emails using your mail server. This is bandwitdh
that your company paid for, and should be protected just like any other resource. You
don't let advertising firms come in and "borrow" your databases for free, do you? :)
