This will sound like an over simplification, but why not use your image as a
submit button.

<input type="image" src="image name">

Then when the user clicks on the image, it will act the same way a normal
submit button acts.

Subject: How to pass values to action page without submit button.

Hi,

I have two Form-Action pages. Instead of submit button on a form page an
image is used. In action page there is an update sql statement. I have to
pass the values from the form page to the update statement. The form
variables are not passed to the action page, because submit button is not
used. There are more than 30 fields on the form page.The program has to
read the values and pass them to the action page. I'd like to create the
variables with cfset tag and pass it to the action page. What is the best
way to implement it? I know how to create URL variables using Jscript,but
I think it might be better solution.

Thanks,
