That's just about it. There are a few gotcha's to watch out for however...
1) You can't use a cflocation or cfheader tag after a cfflish
2) Your browser will not display anything until it receives a closing table
tag, therefore, if you enclose your entire site within a table, then
flushing won't help.
3) ... Im thinking there's one more, but it escapes me right now.
