Well, I do not remember this error, but yes I have used Verity in production applications. However, it was some time ago (version 3 I think) but Verity is also used heavily by Spectra. Now if you are talking about CF5, remember that there are new capabilities that require some extra setup. If that is your situation, you might want to visit:
