Palyne,

IIRC, the problem was with files named "*.jpg.vb" in that both MS Outlook &
Outlook Express by default do NOT show file extensions. Outlook saw the .vb
as the final extension and hid it from view, making everyone think they were
opening a *.jpg file. Being that it was really a .vb file, they got hosed.
AFAIK, the most recent instance was the "annkournikova.jpg.vb" problem.

I've not heard of any "*.vb.jpg" files running around. I can't even find a
reference to them on Google.

HTH,

Adrian J. Moreno
