The Air Force Network Operations and the Defense Logistics Agency confirmed these are active machines at Andrews Air Force Base owned by OSI. Not spoofed, so it apparently shows a lack of security or just some dumb operators who thought they could hide behind the firewall.
Pretty odd to me too, but not out of the ordinary.
