A view cannot have parameters. You need to make a stored procedure for
that. If for some reason you can't, you can use a UDF and pass in a value
to that, but that is not the correct usage for a UDF.

Do you have the VBScript Docs or SQL BOL installed? If not, why not?

Good Morning Everyone,

I need to see if it is possible to pass a variable from a CF page to a
server through a SQL statement that can then be used in a "Where" statment
in a view. Does anyone know if this can be done and how?

Thanks,
Justin Knowlton
