That sounds really strange... But then CF Studio 5 has a bug that causes it to save files to the wrong local directory with ctrl+s, so not much should surprise me there. :) The only thing that leaps to the top of my brain is restarting CF Studio and/or your workstation. I would be very surprised if the server has anything at all to do with this issue.
