Strange error message

Does any one know what the ‘PRIMARY’ filegroup is?  It’s not a field in the CDATA table.

 

ODBC Error Code = 37000 (Syntax error or access violation)

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Could not allocate space for object 'CDATA' in database 'EAPubs' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full
