No, I really need to lock out the possibility of refreshing all together.
The sheep, er, I mean, users have to have totally reliable data and refresh
is jeopardizing the integrity of the whole system.

It's also possible to use <cfflush> and javascript to create a progress bar
for the users so they don't refresh the page under the assumption that it's
just not working. They might still refresh the page, but they would know
what they were doing in that case. If you'd like to see a code snippet let
me know and I'll shoot some of what I'm using over your direction.
