Hi! We bought a 24 month subscription for ColdFusion Server two years ago from Allaire. It is now expiring and we want to renew to protect our investment in ColdFusion. I have been told by a Macromedia Sales Rep that Macromedia does not sell subscriptions to non-volume customers.
This does not sound right! Has anyone else come across this? If you are a non-volume customer, how (where) have you been able to get a renewed subscription? We are using the ColdFusion Pro Server.
