Hi Joe--I use templates quite a bit but I haven't really used template parameters. I did find an article that seems to explain things pretty clearly:

How do you define these template parameters in such a fashion? I want to link JavaScript and CSS pages throughout an HTML site.

The quote above is from CFDJ - July 2003, but he doesn't tell you how to implement - only that you can!
