For SQL tools: HomeSite+ and all versions of CF Studio, that I know of, have a Query Builder tool.  Click the CFML Basic tab -> CFQuery -> and the little button next to the SQL Statement box. Also, you can use the Create a Query in Design View in MS Access.   References: Sams Teach yourself SQL in 10 minutes by Ben Forta at 200 pages beats any 1200 page dust collector.   Good Luck! It would be great if there was something like Dreamweaver where it has a drop down list of options to choose from as you start to type.
