Subject: CFMX and Verity

I’m using a verity collection against a query recordset.  The collection is a ‘Custom’ collection type.  I’ve set the key, title, body, custom1, and custom2 collection attributes equal to fields returned from the source query.  My question is when I initiate a search against the collection, which fields (collection attributes) are being searched against?

My problem is I have a 4 letter acronym being stored in the key attribute and it is not being returned when I supply 3 of the 4 characters.  Example:  my product is CRAP and I’m entering CRA.  I have no CRAP in my search results, seriously.  Any help or insight would be appreciated.

Thanks -

I have not failed.  I've found 10,000 ways that won't work.
