I like that I have the Dallas-based Tucows mirror in the same rack as my box. And an Xserve + Xserve RAID that I try not to drool on the few times I have been there. The shear size of the room is overwhelming the first time you walk in. But if you ever have something go down that they can't quickly diagnose and fix and call them on the way there, they will usually have a crash cart already setup and waiting at your machine.
