off topic .NET C#

I need a programmer to take over a .NET C# app once the orginal programmer 
finishes the basic app. He has a full time job and can't work on it anymore.

I went to the dallas .NET group but they don't have a cool email list like 
us. Anybody know where I can look for .Net C# guys local or not local?
