I use DW mx 2004 but I code by hand and got knowledge from books and website. I like this book  http://tinyurl.com/62mg6  good ideas and this site has good css articles.  http://tinyurl.com/6bqct this is the actual newsletter. know the rule so you know how to break them properly.   (rambling) this was done by happy cog (http://www.happycog.com/work/ai/) this site is all laid out in css.
