*This message was transferred with a trial version of CommuniGate(tm) Pro* I have a rack at The Planet and have had no troubles what so ever. All they provide me is the connectivity, nothing else. So I dont depend on them for any other services or server management. I have not experienced any outages at all. The staff has been very knowledgeable whenever I have needed any help. Thats my two cents.
