They turn this story about how they are clueless fools into a story about how great they are.

That is a cop-out and is unsatisfactory to me, as a customer and I hope it will be to any of you who do business with them also. There are ways of sniffing these things out. Even if you miss them here or there, there's absolutely no excuse for having them still up and running a week after you've been notified of their existence.
