remote installation

Hi All, I have never done this before and I was wondering if anyone can explain how to do this: “Windows: You copy the CD on your local C Drive, you may then map the drive using admin shares to the server here. You can then cut and paste the image from your C Drive there to the Drive here. You may then login using Terminal Services to do the installation.”  Any help or explanation is greatly appreciated.   Ron
