Over the past couple of years, I have grown quite attached to it here at the
office. I really like the drag and drop features with the database tables /
fields. Now I'm starting a contract project from home and am not having
much luck.

NUTS!

Wow, I didn't know anybody actually used the database tab! I haven't
clicked on that thing in years. I just tried to set mine up (also with
Oracle 9i) and had no luck either. I wonder if this is just something
that doesn't work in HS+.

I have just installed Macromedia MX on my system with the CF MX 6.1
server.
I am using the HomeSite+ interface for my coding, but am having
difficulty
getting the "localhost" on the database tab to connect to the server.
It
says that it cannot connect. However, I have set up my DSN (Oracle 9i)
and
have successfully connected it to the CF server through the CF
Administrator
with a positive validation.

Any ideas about getting the localhost selection on the database tab in
HomeSite to connect to the database?
