Without out seeing the code that is a bit difficult.
However "zero length..." is a starter. It appears to be a field that MUST
contain data (not NULL).
CFPARAM to define at least a default value of zero "0.0" might help here.

Subject: BigInteger Error
My queries to an Oracle DB broke when I made a change to my localhost test
box.
The query breaks if there is an entry in a double number field in Oracle
that contains a decimal.
The localhost: CF admin went from Win NT to Win XP. The driver for the data
source went from an Oracle driver to a Microsoft driver. The db did not
change.
The query works fine in Access on the same machine with the same ODBC as the
CF admin. It works in CF if the entry in the oracle db field is an integer.
Is there a CF admin or data source param that I am missing?
The error returned is a "Zero length BigInteger"
