Ken--we'll be reworking things with the mailing list before too terribly long. As it stands now you *should* (at least I do) get a copy of your message with the subject line "Your Message to the Mailing List" and that serves as a confirmation. If you're not getting that do you maybe have a spam blocker in place? (Just guessing--I always get a confirmation.)
