Three comments:
1. Frames suck!
2. <cflogin> is great!
3. Make sure your login page is outside the Application.cfm's directory.
If it is inside, you will get a continuous loop. You could also put
your login page inside your Appication.cfm. I learned this on my first
security implementation!
