Looks like an in-house solution. Their shopping cart page is called "cartnew.cfm". If you Google "link: cartnew.cfm", you'll only get their site.
If it was a packaged solution, you should get more hits. i.e. if you Google "link: myShoppingCart.cfm", you'll get a listing of AbleCommerce sites and "link: checkout_shipping.php" gets you a list of OSCommerce sites.

Does this look like a recognizable, existing CF shopping solution?
Thought maybe someone could look at url and tell if it is some sort of existing solution or not and which one.
