OT: Contracts and legal forms

Hello all,   This is Off Topic, so I apologize in advance.    Were or how do you all normally get your contracts and other legal forms?  Do you buy templates from some provider?  Have a lawyer that you use to generate or review the forms?    I found a company that provides document templates for IT firms.  http://www.contractedge.com/  I was wondering what most other small businesses use.   Thanks!
