I have a webservice that is supposed to instantiate a
CFC. The webservice is failing when trying to instantiate a particular CFC
that has a CF mapping, but does not have access via IIS (i.e. when I make a IIS
virtual directory to folder where CFC resides, everything works). The particular
CFC is located in a folder that resides outside of wwwroot. The
webservice works just as expected if I consume it as a componet vs a webservice
and if I have a Virtual Directory pointing to where the target CFC
resides. AS soon as I remove the virtual directory, the webservice fails
and I get an error message about “can not find CFC”. I have a
