Take a look at www.cf-ezcart.com
It costs 300.00 but has a lot of features including downloadable software sales (they use their own cart to sell their cart - how original eh?), inventory, tax, international, order status, shipment tracking, several payment gateways and can be used as a stand alone app or integrated into an existing site.
License allows you to make changes except to the UPS portion and if you do a lot of cart work licenses 2-5 are 200.00, 6-9 are 175.00 After that if you can buy in counts of 10 they are 150.00 each.
Layout is not the greatest but if you have time to make changes it's pretty simple.

Anyone out there have suggestions for an inexpensive CF shopping cart? (it needs to support software download sales)
I've looked at cartweaver.com (doesn't?), cfshopkart.com (demo broke on their site), cartease.com (does support DL). Any feedback on these? others?
My budget is around $200 bones or so.
