Image program

I have a client that wants a way to allow visitors to their site to upload/share pictures and eventually Flash files and short video clips.  They would also like the person to be able to add comments to the listing and categorize them.  Does anyone know of a good CF solution that would accomplish this?     Thanks, Tim
