I did search for the answer much more diligently this time; however, I
was unable to find anything. So at the risk of making an idiot out of myself
again today, I have a question. I've got a flash form going and I want to have
some things appear and disappear based on other choices. The problem is that I
can't seem to figure out how to get the labels to change. Below is my code and
you can see that the blue text is where I’m trying to change one of the
field’s labels. I’ve tried gcid.label.text and everything else I
could think of, to no avail. It either does nothing, or it sets the value of
the text-box to GCID. I should mention that I’ve been able to set the
visible and enabled attributes without a problem – it’s just the
LABEL that’s breaking me down! <stripped_down_version_of_my_code> <cfinput name="PME" checked="Yes"
value="1" type="Radio" label="Secure Credit Card"
; cardnumber.visible=TRUE"> <cfinput name="PME" checked="No"
value="2" type="Radio" label="Gift Certificate"
; gcid.visible=TRUE ; gcid.label.htmlText = 'GCID'"> <cfinput name="cardnumber" visible="Yes"
label="Credit Card Number"> <cfinput name="gcid" visible="No"
label="Gift Certificate ID"> </stripped_down_version_of_my_code> Now, hopefully one of you guys who’s been playing with
Flex a little more might have a good idea of what I’m doing wrong!!! Thanks, Ferg |
