Hi Ted--I've been asking around and couldn't find anyone with a spare license unfortunately. Contacting Macromedia might be worth a shot; I know they donate software to my company's charitable arm. Also you might consider looking into BlueDragon--it doesn't have the whiz-bang features of CFMX 7 yet, but it would be a huge step up from CF 4.5 in terms of features.
Just some thoughts--I'll keep my eyes and ears open.
