I saw this tool quite a while ago--seems like it's come quite a ways since then. I think the point about not including screenshots is that this is a quick and easy way to sketch out a site at the very early stages before you've even done any real design. At least that's my impression of it. It's a good overall site architecture planning tool that gives people something they can actually click through, but there's very little work required on the designer/developer side of things.
