It sounds like you're experimenting with Flash Forms more than most of
us have so far. ;-)  You might try posting your messages to the rich
forms newsgroup on macromedia.com--I know that since the launch Mike
Nimer, the engineer who created the rich forms functionality, has been
monitoring things relatively closely so he might have some answers.

There's also a new web site that covers the new cfform functionality. 
I'm not sure if it has any specific information on your issue or not
but it's worth checking out.
