Gary, I haven't seen anyone reply so here goes - I'd take a look at
devside.net for a free implementation of Apache, Php, MySQL, etc. I have
configured mine for ColdFusion support also, though its just the Express
version from years ago for CF development.
Who has time for books?? ;-)
