Subject: Re: force reloading page
Ok, how about this... if the user clicks a persons name on page1.cfm
which takes him/her to page2.cfm. Then he updates data on page2.cfm, then clicks
submit and it takes him/her to an action page, action.cfm. From action.cfm
they're taken via cflocation back to page1.cfm.
Now doing something like that, how can I be sure that the page will
refresh?
Thanks again,
Justin

One of the most simple methods is if the redirect is
not a history (back) function, but a direct hyperlink
to the page. The downside of that is you must hardcode
or otherwise call the entire address for the page.
By doing this the browser sees this as a new page
visit and will not cache it.
