Yes, but when the $15/hour kid causes the system to crash and then
disappears behind his parents and the fact that he/she is just in middle
school, then we, as a group of contractors, should agree to charge those
clients $150+/hour to fix the mess.

So let's just agree as a contract community that no one accepts rates less
than $50-%60 an hour!  Of course, you'll have that typical young kid who
still lives with the 'rents who'll suck that $15 up in a heartbeat!
