Related Select Boxes

I have scoured the web looking for a way to create related select boxes. One that is populated based on the results of another. While I found some good solutions in ASP and _javascript_, just curious as to why I can't find one in Coldfusion. Even Macromedia's site list a good solution in ASP.   The 2 CF solutions that I found don't work in Netscape. If this one of those areas where ASP and .Net have a leg up on Coldfusion, or am I just a dummy.     Robert
