If you're using CFFILE to get at the files on the other server, the
user that CF runs as on your new server will have to A) have network
access (which the default System account that CF uses does not), and
B) will have to have permissions to access the specific remote
resources you need.  You may have to change the user CF runs as in
order to get this to work.
