For those of you using CFMX 7 on linux here is a big FYI. I just spent a bunch of time beating my head against something pretty dumb. I couldn't get CFMX to connect to the Verity K2 service. Turns out Macromedia set the server IP field to localhost. I finally figured out it had to be set to 127.0.0.1 to connect correctly. I hope that saves someone else some time.
