Those batch files should have run without errors, you may have some permission issues at hand. I would manually install the connectors for CF to further investigate.

They are located in cf_root/runtime/lib/wsconfig/[number]

Well:

here is what i get....

after running remove_all_connectors.bat i receive the message "Remove all completed with errors.  Not all connectors could be removed".  I went on ahead and restarted IIS, ran iis_connector.bat and received "IIS site 'ALL' has already been configured with different attributes", restarted IIS again....

no luck.

still get "The request is not supported".

any other ideas?

Sounds like an IIS issue. You should reconnect your .cfm, .cfml and .cfc mappings.

Go to cf_root/bin/connectors/   and run remove_all_connectors.bat, then restart IIS, then run IIS_connector.bat and restart IIS again.
