We are looking for an early stage employee to work on a late-stage
product, adding enhancements and taking over local ownership of a code
base that has been developed but will continue to evolve. You must be
a hit-the-ground-running Cold Fusion professional, who has experience
developing a mid-to-large scale Internet site, preferably in a
startup-to-midsize environment. A jack-of-all-trades, I-can-do-that
attitude and the capabilities to back it up are essential to success
in this role.
DB skills are required, especially in CF development, but DBA level
skills are not necessary, but considered a plus. The ability to do
small, one-off projects, such as data massage and import/export, as
well as helping out wherever necessary if code needs to be written, is
essential.

Knowledge of C++, ASP, Oracle, Filemaker Pro, and Perl preferred.

Skills required
Production-strength internet development using:
• ColdFusion MX 6.1 and 7
• Experience with the Fusebox methodology
• Relational database design and programming (ideally SQL Server 2000)
• Familiarity with Coldfusion Studio MX or Dreamweaver MX
• Source control and configuration management (ideally MS SourceSafe)
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, DHTML and browser-generic design
• An appreciation for Rapid Application Development practices
