Identify and implement creative programs to improve the overall training curriculum. Skills and Qualifications: Communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written form. Effective time management skills are a must. Good analytical abilities. Must possess strong communication skills and display the ability to work closely with clients and internal staff to understand and communicate issues. Team player, but able to work on own initiative. Strong computer knowledge and be literate in a Windows and internet environment, including MS Windows XP and Internet Explorer.
