it works on my phone. (not a great pic, sorry)  I get the source code
in safari om mac, ie on xp and firefox on xp

and you've set up the "MIME Types to Internet Information Server (IIS)"

and I think you have to test using the Openwave simulator. 
http://developer.openwave.com/dvl/ I think you have to registor but
it's free. or go here and copy the URL into the box and see
http://bugmenot.com/ (try the registration URL)
Years ago when I got my palm VII I was heavt into this and had to use
a simulator to view my pages.
