[D] NRR: Voting

Just came back from voting. Remember to vote for Propositions as well 
people! Yes the president is an important choice, but so are the 
propositions. Damn it I wanna see my tax dollars go to something I fell is 
important =P.
Kinda made me pissed that it seemed most people came in voted for thier 
choice of president and then left (the ballot takes at least 5 minutes to 
fill out).
