If memory serves me right this HAS been thought of.. with several different forms of gas.. see William Randolph Herst and Hemp... anyway.. with lovelies like bush in office.. its easy to see how this can definately be classified as a conspiracy theory... :-) But yea i agree.. dont go blowin' your and dinnys ass up nat.. only people who do drugs can get away with being stupid ;-)
